Joe & Paula Licketto

We’ve been residents of Lugoff, SC since 2003.  Joe’s a “damn Yankee” having grown up in “southern” N.J., but Paula is a born & bred “southern belle”, originally from Huntsville, AL.

Joe’s experience started with motorcycles back in the ‘60s while riding and wrenching on old 2-stroke dirt bikes.  Having taken to being a mechanic throughout the late 60s, 70s, 80s and early 90s, he took a temporary break from his avocation to take up a career in the computer industry working on hardware, network and software support, along with data analysis and systems integration.  Tired of the corporate rat race, Joe returned on a part time basis in 2004 to working on motorcycles as a means of “clearing his head”.  Joe & Paula opened Madness Motorcycle LLc at the current location in February 2010 to provide a cost-effective alternative to the motorcycle community in the midlands.

Paula’s administrative experience has tried and mostly succeeded in keeping Joe’s paperwork and inventory on the straight and narrow.
